With more than 30 years of experience in asset management, customer service, marketing and financial product development, and several years of experience as a senior executive, Ms. Lacoste is President and Chief Executive Officer of FÉRIQUE Fund Management, manager of the FÉRIQUE Funds, and its subsidiary FÉRIQUE Investment Services, group investments broker and financial planning firm. In this capacity, she oversees the strategic direction of the organization, while being responsible for the planning and management of all its activities. Mrs. Lacoste is also socially committed to the cause of people with autism spectrum disorder by supporting the  Foundation Les Petits Rois.

She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration – finance option from HEC Montréal, and holds the professional title of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the Association for Investment Management and Research. In 2012, Ms. Lacoste was selected as one of the top 8 women in finance by Première en Affaires magazine.
