As Senior Director – Project Office and Strategic Planning, Mr. Timmons will be responsible for advising management and the various internal departments on issues related to project governance and analyzing the impacts of project implementation. This advisory role is part of a reasoned approach that aims to structure the design of major projects for UV Insurance in accordance with the strategic objectives set out by management and the board of directors for the coming years.

A graduate of Université Laval with a bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mr. Timmons has been with UV Insurance since 2004, where he began his career as an actuarial analyst before becoming head of the Investment-Retirement Department. In 2017, he was appointed Senior Director, Actuarial and Finances, and Chief Compliance Officer. Mr. Timmons is also involved in Drummondville’s sports community on a volunteer basis and serves as director on the Board of Directors of the Cégep de Drummondville.
Mr. Timmons will continue to serve as Corporate Secretary. His appointment takes effect on March 6, 2023.
