Calculation
The bonus is an amount determined by a percentage of the Net First Year Commissions (NFYC) and increases according to the number of consecutive years that the objectives are met.
Weekly and retroactive payments
- Upon reaching $ 5,000 in NFYC, the bonus is payable every week on new sales!
- With each qualification level, the bonus is paid retroactively for the current year.
- In the event that an advisor achieves a 30% bonus in a calendar year, UV Insurance will pay the bonus to the advisor on the first dollar of the subsequent year.
